DESTIGMATIZE  ADDICTION DISORDER TO SAVE LIVES: REMEMBER LOVE

Donate Now
To destigmatize is to remove associations of shame or disgrace:
The Remember Love Recovery Project destigmatizes addiction disorder through art, education and human connection.
We raise awareness and provide accurate information related to substance use disorder and recovery through art making.  Our common humanity  connects us with the struggles of people with addiction disorder and the families and friends who care about them.

The Remember Love Recovery Project is a nonprofit approved by the US Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) tax exempt charitable organization.
MISSION: Destigmatize Addiction Disorder through art, education and human connection.
PURPOSE: Reverse the diminishing of humanity caused by addiction and to end overdose through these 5 programmatic goals:

1. ARTMAKING. Facilitate artmaking Workshops of Recovery Flags for human connection.
2. EXHIBITING. Exhibit to educate the public, connect to care and inform legislators about destigmatization for social change.
3. RESEARCHING. Research art-and-health practices that destigmatize substance use disorders and support mental health with human connection forged in artmaking, exhibiting and community partnerships.
4. SUPPORTING YOUTH. Partner with youth for wellness, healthy development and prevention programs through artmaking as human connection for lifelong wellbeing.
5. SHAPING POLICY. Educate the public and those who can make social change about destigmatization toward a revolution of care for the recovery journey.
